Tracking & Shipping
We ship to all countries listed on our Shipping page. If your country isn’t there, email us at info@pouchdaddy.com to check.
For the best tracking (especially outside the EU), use ParcelsApp, it updates faster and shows more detail than local sites.
Remember:
•Weekends don’t count as shipping days.
•We can’t change the address or pickup point once a parcel is in transit.
If your delivery seems delayed, just email us and we’ll contact the carrier for you.
The most common reason customers don’t receive tracking emails is simply a misspelled email address, so if you’re waiting for updates, that’s the first thing to double-check.
Dispatch & Customs
Orders ship within 24–48 hours (weekends excluded).
We pay VAT and nicotine tax, but local customs or import laws are outside our control. If you’re unsure about your country’s rules, email info@pouchdaddy.com, our 5-star support team will check it for you.
Order Changes & Damaged Products
Every order is shipped directly from our PouchDaddy HQ warehouse, over 1000 m² of temperature- and humidity-controlled space. Each batch is checked for freshness, and we test a can from every new delivery before adding it to our store.
If your package arrives damaged, or if there’s an issue with the products, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@pouchdaddy.com.
